SOME WORDS ABOUT
Volunteering
Together for a better tomorrow
Each day as a volunteer involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including friends and those in need. Through these endeavors, I extend my assistance to people across the globe. For instance, as a volunteer at Action Aid, I organize events to raise funds for Nepal.
Need extends beyond just financial poverty – it encompasses aspects like loneliness and exclusion. This is why I’m actively engaged with organizations like ESN and others in Copenhagen, where newcomers, often without many friends, can connect and build meaningful relationships.
No one
leave behind
Difficult moments are universal in our lives, stemming from various causes but often leading to similar effects like apathy, withdrawal, or even depression. Ensuring the well-being of everyone in my team, among my friends, and those in need is a top priority for me. This is why I actively participate in organizing events
that promote positive behaviors, such as the Roskilde Festival’s focus on drug-free mutual support. In my role as a supervisor for volunteers at this event, my aim is to create an environment where each volunteer feels comfortable and leaves with positive memories.
